PCT Day 133

Rock Creek to mile 2195 campsite – 29 miles (46km) – 2195 miles total

The day started off in misty cloud, until it burnt off at about lunch time. Second day in Washington and both have had rain. This does not bode well for the rest of the state.

The trail was hard today. It was mostly in trees with no views and involved two giant climbs. Mostly after 3-4 miles the climbs end, but not here in Washington. The first was a 4 mile climb. The second was a 9 mile climb. Considering the climbs I am impressed that I got 29 miles done today.

Today I am thankful for rare flat trail.
